County Auditor Releases New Tentative Property Values

Greene County Auditor, David Graham, has announced the availability of tentative property values for the statutorily required 2020 reappraisal. These new property values will be used to calculate your 2021 property taxes.  Valuation letters are being mailed to property owners this week and tentative property values are currently available on the Auditor’s revaluation website at

The Auditor’s office has developed a number of tools that will allow you to review your property information and encourages everyone to visit the revaluation website to learn more about the revaluation process and conduct a review of your property information.

If you disagree with your value, you may request an informal review with a county appraiser.  The informal review process allows you the opportunity to provide additional information concerning the value of your property.  You should be prepared to provide supporting documentation such as a private appraisal, comparable sale within the last two years or evidence of detrimental property conditions.

Due to COVID-19, there will be no in-person informal reviews.  Any request for a property review should be submitted using our online form or by calling the Auditor’s office at (937) 562-5621.
