The Greene County Archives provides access to a large number of records of historical importance. Below is a list by department of the collections that are currently available through the Archives.
The records are non-circulating, i.e. they may not be checked out like the books in a public library. They may be researched in the reading room of the Archives.
Photocopies can be provided at a nominal charge, unless the papers are very fragile and could be damaged by the process. Many of the records have been microfilmed, however, and copies can be made from the film in such cases.
