Amended Solid Waste Management Plan


As required by the Ohio Revise Code Section 3734.53, the Greene County Solid Waste Management District has prepared and approved the Approved Solid Waste Management Plan. The District is now in the Ratification process for the Amended Plan.

Greene County Solid Waste Management District Policy Committee Meetings

During Plan Implementation years, meetings are held the third Wednesday of February, May, August, and November each year.

Become Involved!

The Greene County Solid Waste Management District Policy Committee seeks a volunteer (non-paid) representative to serve as the Public Representative on the Committee.  The term of appointment to the committee is two years.  The Committee is responsible to compose and oversee the implementation of the Solid Waste Management Plan through Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, Environmental Services Division.  For more information contact Dana Doll via e-mail at ddoll@co.greene.oh.us or by phone (937) 562-5930.  The application will be accepted until March 31, 2020.
