Help stop the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses by following these steps English Video      El Espanol Video 

  • Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms' length) from other people
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands
  • When in public, wear a mask over your nose and mouth
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Social/Physical Distancing Video

  • What: Social distancing is physically staying at least 6 feet away from other people that are not in your household
  • Who: Everyone should participate, but you are only responsible for you
  • Where: Everywhere except home
    • Walking outside/parks
    • Shopping
    • Restaurants
    • Social gatherings
    • Public Transportation
    • Doctor's Office, medical building, hospital
    • Going to the pharmacy
  • When: All the time, until we receive directions that we can stop

  • Try to fit it snugly against the sides of your face
  • Make sure you can breathe easily
  • Do not place a mask on a child younger than 2
