Student Park PARTners features area's youngest artists

NEW PROGRAM: Greene County students in grades K through 8 are invited to submit art in any medium featuring a Greene County Parks and Trails site. Spring deadline: March 2. Winner will receive a certificate, $10 credit toward any program and have their work displayed in the agency headquarters on Ledbetter Road. Get busy and get outside! Maple Syrup Pancake Breakfast!

Families can enjoy hot pancakes with maple syrup made at the Narrows Reserve complete with sausage, milk, coffee, tea and juice. After you fill your bellies, be sure to take a hike in the Sugar Grove to learn how sap is turned into oh-so-sweet syrup. Tours are available throughout the day with the last tour beginning at noon. Real Ohio maple syrup and maple candy will be for sale. Ages 7 and older: $5. Ages 3 to 6: $3. Under age 3: free.
