From Dayton:

Take US Route 35 East follow Business Route 35 East (becomes Main Street) to downtown Xenia.  Turn left on North Detroit Street (US Route 68 North) at the Greene County Courthouse.  Go 1 block turn right on East Market Street to 143 East Market Street.  The Family Visitation Center is located approximately 1½ blocks east on the south side of the street.

From Fairborn:

Take Ohio Route 235 to US Route 68.  Turn Right on US Route 68 South (becomes North Detroit Street).  Follow North Detroit Street to East Market Street (just before the Greene County Courthouse).  Turn left on East Market Street to 143 East Market Street.  The Family Visitation Center is located approximately 1½ blocks east on the south side of the street.

From Jamestown:
