LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Greene County Board of Commissioners County Office Building, 35 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio, 45385, until 11:00 A.M., July 12, 2018, for the South St Bridge #0.20 Replacement Project.

Bids shall be sealed and plainly marked "BID FOR THE SOUTH ST BRIDGE #0.20 REPLACEMENT PROJECT".

Copies of the specifications are on file in the office of the Greene County Engineer, 615 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385 where they shall be obtained. Cost of plans and specifications is fifty dollars ($50.00) per set.

This is a prevailing wage contract in accordance with the Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws under State of Ohio, Department of Commerce.
