Robert W. Hutcheson
has been serving as Judge of Greene County Juvenile Court
since January, 1995.
Judge Hutcheson
earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Duke
University, Durham, North Carolina, in 1972, and a Juris
Doctor Degree from Southern Methodist University School of
Law, Dallas, Texas, in 1975.
Judge Hutcheson
became licensed to practice law in 1975 and is admitted to
all Ohio Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He engaged in
the private practice of law, served as Greene County Public
Defender, and was Magistrate for Juvenile Court before his
election as Judge in November, 1994. Judge Hutcheson has
served as president of the Greene County Bar Association,
and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the
Ohio Judicial Conference, where he co-chaired the Juvenile
Law and Procedure Committee. |
