Dr. Gurjeet Kahlon, M.D. has joined the health care team
of Greenewood Manor as the Medical Director effective
January 22, 2007. Dr. Kahlon is a current
practitioner with Valley Medical Primary Care. Dr.
Kahlon is a Board Certified Internist and Geriatrician.
He did his residency training in internal medicine and
then his fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Albany
VA Medical Center in Albany, New York. He worked
for a year in the ER at the Albany VA Medical Center
while doing his fellowship then moved to Dayton, Ohio in
October 2003. He has been working
as a staff physician in the geriatrics section of the
Dayton VA Medical Center for the past three years.
Additionally, Dr. Kahlon has served as the Medical
Director of the Dayton VA Nursing Home, Hospice Unit and
the Home Based Prime Care Wing of the Extended Case
Section of the Dayton VA. He is also an Assistant
Professor at Wright State University and supervises
medical residents and students. |
