XENIA — Greene County Common Pleas Veterans’ Court held its inaugural session April 6, marking a historical first for the county.

“The individual has to agree to be a part of it,” Judge Stephen Wolaver said following the session. “In fact, one of the things we did on Friday — they all signed contracts with me.”
