PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY
 

Pursuant to Local Rule 1.13 ALL filings with the Court require a blank space of at least two and one-half inches shall be left at the top of the first page and a blank space of four inches shall be left at the top of the first page for filings intended for the Second District Court of Appeals.
