Residential Code of Ohio (RCO) Building Permit Checklist for New Construction, Alterations, Additions

Two (2) complete sets of plans must be submitted along with one (1) copy of permit applications. At least 1/3 of permit fees are due at the time of application. After plan review and approval, one set of plans will be provided to Applicant for construction and inspections. The other set of plans will be retained for building department records. When approved plans are received by Applicant, see “Procedure to Schedule Inspections”.
